Eurasia Global Food is a leading specialist in premium pork sourced from Spain and all over the world.

Eurasia Global Food (S) Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore in 2011 as the holding company of the Eurasia group of companies – Eurasia Global Trading Pte Ltd, Eurasia Food Supply Pte Ltd, Eurasia F&B Pte Ltd. The three subsidiaries oversee different business segments in global trading, local food manufacturing and distribution, and food service and dining operations respectively.

Eurasia Global Food handles the production, processing, supply chain management, and sale of pork to restaurants, supermarkets and resellers. In addition, the business also does general food trading and processing.

The Group also owns and operates a chain of restaurant establishments in Singapore, with 22 outlets islandwide.

Aligned with the robust growth of its business operations and dining establishments, the company has tripled its operating premises from 18,000 square feet to 63,000 square feet in Singapore. Since 2016, the Group has achieved over 500% revenue growth to S$40 million in 2022, with an impressive CAGR of 45%.

Yoshioka Daisuke

Founder and President
Eurasia Global Food

Yoshioka Daisuke is the Founder and President of Eurasia Global Food. He started his career in food trading following his graduation from university in Japan, and a year of further studies in Spain.

In 2005, Yoshioka discovered the life-changing flavour of Spain’s Iberico pork, which remained delicious no matter how it was cooked. This was unlike his native Kurobuta pork which tasted best when grilled. Inspired by this, he started importing Iberico pork to Japan, where it was widely received by the discerning Japanese market.

Two years later, Yoshioka started his own company in Spain to export Iberico pork. Driven by a vision to make premium quality pork affordable for global communities, Yoshioka expanded the business with the incorporation of Eurasia Global Food (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore in 2011. Through Eurasia Global Food, he hopes to provide quality meat and share his knowledge with partner restaurants all over the world.

Kelvin Ong

Eurasia Global Food

Kelvin Ong is the CEO of Eurasia Global Food. He joined the company as a partner and shareholder in 2015, and was instrumental to its restructuring and expansion.

Kelvin is a seasoned professional who brings together wide-ranging expertise in managing F&B businesses and operations. He started his career at 16 as a Hotel Line Cook and worked his way up to a kitchen operations manager. Backed by his accumulated experience in running kitchens, he went on to establish and manage a group of restaurants in Singapore, which expanded to over 30 outlets in 13 years. He also oversaw the restaurant group’s factories, warehouses and logistics management.

Kelvin’s experience in F&B operations and management ingrained the importance of starting with the right source of food. He shares Yoshioka’s vision for bringing quality produce to Singapore, underscored by a proven track record in optimising business workflows and operational efficiencies for greater cost savings.

With their individual strengths and knowledge, Yoshioka and Kelvin were able to work together with the same values and towards the same goal to share with the market on how local operators can be more efficient in their business.
